From the town of Sussex to the city of Fredericton, Municipal Human Resources, Inc. is the municipal organization dealing with labour agreements, by-laws, wages, job descriptions, pensions and benefits for municipal employees and officials. The purpose of MHR is to enhance the quality of municipal management by helping municipal employees and officials reach sound management decisions. This is achieved by MHR serving as a private personnel department as well as a clearinghouse for the collection, analysis, and dissemination of information about municipal government.
